EXCLUSIVE: Phase 4 Films has set a May 3 limited bow for Caroline And Jackie, the directorial debut of writer-director Adam Christian Clark. The sibling drama stars Marguerite Moreau (Showtime’s Shameless) and Bitsie Tulloch (NBC’s Grimm) as sisters whose complex relationship plays out during a surprise birthday celebration. Tulloch’s Grimm co-star David Giuntoli plays her latest boyfriend in the pic, which first premiered at Tribeca. Phase 4 took all North American rights to the film and will release Caroline And Jackie on VOD the same day it opens in New York and LA.

The Blueberry Films and Deanland Studios production was produced by Adam Hendricks, with Ruth Surrey onboard as executive producer. Phase 4’s Katharyn Howe negotiated the deal with Traction Media repping the filmmakers. Clark is repped by APA and Artists International.
