Veteran CBS PR executives Chris Ender and Dana McClintock have been promoted to EVP of Communications for CBS Corp. They continue to report to Gil Schwartz, EVP of Corporate Communications and Chief Communications Officer of the company. Ender is based in Los Angeles, McClintock in New York. “Chris and Dana are two of the brightest, most forward-thinking executives in the business,” said Schwartz. “Each is an incredibly gifted strategist and manager who has grown over the years to become the best that this business – any business, in fact – has to offer.”

Ender joined CBS in 1996 as VP media relations, CBS Entertainment. He was upped to SVP communications in 1998. McClintock first joined CBS in 1993 to help launch the Late Show With David Letterman. After a brief stint at ABC News, McClintock returned to CBS in 1997 and served as Director, Olympic Communications, CBS Sports, for the network’s coverage of the Olympic Winter Games in Nagano, Japan. After the Olympics, he returned to New York to become director of communications for the network and was named VP in 1999 and SVP of Communications in 2002.
