Mila Kunis CW Drama SeriesActress Mila Kunis (Black Swan) is venturing into producing with Meridian Hills, a drama project at the CW that she is executive producing with Party Of Five co-creator Chris Keyser as well as Eric and Kim Tannenbaum. Written/executive produced by Sydney Sidner, Meridian Hills is set in a boozy Midwest country club circa 1972, when the Equal Rights Amendment had just passed the Congress to begin a long and difficult process of state ratification. It centers on a young, newly married woman who joins the Junior League, discovering an eclectic group of other young women who become unlikely allies in her quest to change the system. CBS TV Studios is producing Meridian Hills with studio-based Tannenbaum Co. Also serving as exec producers are Lisa Sterbakov, Cami Curtis and Susan Curtis.

While Kunis does not know the 1970 era from personal experience — she was born in 1983 — she got her acting break on a series set in the 1970s — Fox comedy That ’70s Show. She has been focused on features lately, recently starring in the summer hit Ted, but continues to voice one of the characters on Family Guy.
