Big Brother (1.9/7) kicked off CBS’ primetime last night with its first Wednesday episode of the season. But the multi-night reality show was down 30% from last summer’s Wednesday premiere. On NBC, it was results night on a live America’s Got Talent (1.9/6), and the show slipped 5% from last week to hit a seaosn low. Still, with more than 7.5 million viewers, Talent was Wednesday’s most watched show. Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance (1.8/6) had more of this year’s Top 20 strutting their stuff, but the show fell 10% from last week. Fox won the night in adults 18-49, while CBS won in total viewers with 5.4 million.
The rest of NBC’s night was repeats of Betty White’s Off Their Rockers (1.1/4), Up All Night (0.8/3) and then at 10 PM, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1.1/3). CBS followed up Big Brother with repeats of Criminal Minds (1.0/3) and CSI (1.1/3). ABC had a night of mainly repeats with The Middle (0.8/3), Suburgatory (0.9/3) two Modern Family episodes at 9 PM (1.4/4) and 9:30 PM (1.5/5), followed by a new Final Witness (1.2/4), which was up 5% from last week’s show.
