Seth MacFarlane might be making a sequel to Ted. “I’d be open to making Ted 2,” the director today told fans at the American Dad panel at Comic-Con. MacFarlane didn’t elaborate on the possibility of he and Ted co-star Mark Wahlberg’s reunion. However, the fact that the film, which was released on June 29, has become one of the the biggest R-Rated comedies at the box office, a sequel makes sense.

Earlier on the panel, it was announced that Mad Men’s Jon Hamm will join Danny Seth MacFarlaneGlover, Sarah Michelle Geller, Harry Potter’s Rupert Grint, Danny Glover and former SNL cast member Will Forte as guest stars on the new season of American Dad. The guest stars announcement came on the American Dad panel that immediately followed the Family Guy panel in Comic-Con’s Ballroom 20 today.

MacFarlane, who is also Family Guy’s executive producer, creator and star also told the fans that his Flintstones reboot isn’t dead but it’s really not a priority right now. “It’s been put on the backburner, so we don’t know when it is going to happened. There’s no exact schedule,” said MacFarlane. In April Deadline reported that the reboot, which had been fast tracked to series by Fox in May 2012, was on hold due to the Ted director’s overcrowded schedule.

The panel today included Family Guy main cast members MacFarlane, Alex Bornstein, Mila Kunis, Seth Green, Mike Henry as well as showrunner Steve Callaghan. After a Comic-Con absence of a few years, Kunis, who starred in Ted, got big cheers as did Green’s lip locking with Callaghan, but it was nothing compared to the thunderous entrance MacFarlane, a frequent Comic-Con attendee, received.

Before the cast came out fans were treated to a 5-minute video of scenes from the upcoming 10th season of Family Guy,which debuts on September 30. There’s a Mount Everest adventure that goes wrong in the September season premiere. Other shows include a time travel episode plus a strip bar visit, a Spider-Man cameo and lots of vomit in there as well. The American Dad featured MacFarlane plus Wendy Schaal, Scott Grimes, Rachael MacFarlane, Dee Bradley Baker, Mike Barker, and Matt Weitzman. Both Family Guy and American Dad’s new seasons premiere on September 30.
