London/Los Angeles, 1st March 2012, Way To Blue, the international digital communications agency specialising in the entertainment industry, announced today a game-changing management re-structure programme which sees Adam Rubins promoted to CEO of Entertainment as the company expands with a new US division in Los Angeles to be headed by recently appointed EVP, Robert Speiser.

With offices across the globe, and an impressive client base including 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, The Walt Disney Company and Sony Pictures Entertainment to name a few, the expansion of the company in the US will further cement its position as a leading global digital marketing communications company which operates in all facets of the entertainment arena.

The restructure will see Rubins, previously Deputy Managing Director, taking on managerial responsibility of the company’s Worldwide Entertainment Business and operating territories. Rubins has vast experience within the entertainment industry, having joined the company following a 10 year stint in Buena Vista International’s theatrical international marketing and distribution arm of the Walt Disney Company, rising to the position of International Marketing Director.

As part of Way To Blue’s expansion, the company also announced the appointment of Robert Speiser, who joins as EVP of Way to Blue USA. Speiser brings with him more than 10 years of experience in digital marketing and strategic development, most recently at CBS Films. At Way To Blue, Speiser will head up the US office based in West Hollywood and will manage all US based business, reporting into Adam Rubins.
