A rep for Hallmark confirmed that the channel is in discussions with Osmond, declining further comment. The deal is expected to be closed shortly. The Marie Osmond show is targeted for a fall launch. It is unclear whether if it will be a direct replacement for The Martha Stewart Show, which airs as part of a Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia daytime programming block on Hallmark.
