The Lippin Group just added three VPs as it continues to expand its activities in the feature film and digital content communications arena. The announcement was made today by chairman/CEO Dick Lippin of what is one of the largest independent showbiz PR agencies. “At a time when our industry is still experiencing economic aftershocks, we are fortunate that our business continues to grow,” he said in a statement. The new flacks are: Elizabeth Wolfe, who joins the agency’s Los Angeles headquarters and is an 18-year entertainment publicity veteran with extensive theatrical, home entertainment, corporate, product, personal and media relations experience worldwide. She most recently served as SVP Worldwide Publicity for Nu Image / Millennium Films, where she oversaw corporate communications and all theatrical publicity campaigns. She also held PR positions at Walt Disney Co and twentieth Century Fox divisions. Also Erika Lewis, who is based in the firm’s New York office and joined the agency in 2006. Most recently, she held the position of senior account executive and working in The Lippin Group’s consumer publicity unit has done communications strategies for clients in television, film production, music and new media, including NBC Universal International, Wolf Films, & Warner Home Video and Hallmark. Also Deborah Engel who rejoins the agency’s New York office and most recently served as senior manager of communications at Nickelodeon where she developed and managed publicity campaigns and media relations for Nickelodeon Preschool Television.
Also, in the agency’s Los Angeles headquarters: Leela Veeravalli has been promoted to account executive from assistant account executive. And Adeline Tihan has joined as an assistant account executive. She will work closely with Cassy Salyer, senior digital account executive, in the creation and execution of targeted strategic online media campaigns.
