Game 5 of the Stanley Cup final between Chicago and Philadelphia drew a 2.4/6 in adults 18-49 on NBC, up 33% from the same game last year, which ran on Saturday. Its overnight rating, 4.0/7, ranked as the best for a non-OT Game 5 since 2002. The only other original offerings last night were burn-offs Til Death at 7 PM and Sons of Tucson at 7:30 PM on Fox and NBC’s promotional special The Making of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at 7 PM. All three averaged a 0.7/3 in the demo, tying as the lowest-rated programs of the night. ABC and NBC are expected to finish 1-2 in the 18-49 demo, while CBS is expected to rank No.2 in total viewers with 60 Minutes and drama repeats.
