Talk about embarrassing. Now there are three more puff profiles of Sony’s Sir Howard Stringer to add to the two previous: Fortune, MarketWatch, and the Wall Street Journal. I thought Sony corporate flacks were working overtime. With five fawning profiles, now I know the P.R. department must have been toiling 24/7. I have just one question, however: Imagine how successful Sony would be if just one of its products got this much media? Sad that Sir Howard is wasting all this attention selling himself.
