It’s the day before NBC’s upfront and there is still no decision on a Season 3 of bubble time-travel drama Timeless, whose Season 2 wraps with a two-hour finale tonight.

In a Twitter post Sunday morning, co-creator/executive producer Eric Kripke admitted, “I’m nervous. Could go either way.” He called upon Timeless fans to tune in to the finale tonight and watch it live to give it a ratings spike, indicating that a Season 3 decision likely won’t come before NBC’s Monday upfront presentation.

“FIGHT! This is up to you now,” he wrote.

Fans have been rallying behind the series, just like they did last year when their outpouring convinced NBC to overturn the series’ cancellation. Timeless ranked as No.1 on USA Today’s Save our Shows poll for a second consecutive year. Additionally, the show’s fans have been flexing their muscles, flooding NBC’s Twitter feed with #RenewTimeless messages.

We likely will find out more about NBC’s plans for the show during the network’s upfronts call later today. Stay tuned.

UPDATE 9:30 AM: NBC Chairman Bob Greenblatt indeed addressed Timeless’ status. You can read the story here.
