NBC is bringing back hit comedy series The Good Place for a third season. As with the first and second seasons, Season 3 will consist of 13 episodes.

In addition to executive producing, Schur serves as writer and showrunner. David Miner, Morgan Sackett and Drew Goddard also executive produce. The Good Place is produced by Universal Television, Fremulon and 3 Arts Entertainment.

The series received a straight-to-series order in 2015 and has been praised by critics, and boosted by solid ratings.
