Jennifer Lawrence, Arnold Schwarzengger, Saturday Night Live‘s Leslie Jones and Kelly Clarkson are set to ring in the New Year with Seth Meyers. They’ll join Meyers on his Late Night With Seth Meyers New Year’s Eve Special, set to air Saturday, December 31 at 10 PM ET/PT.
Clarkson will be performing “It’s Quiet Uptown” from “The Hamilton Mixtape” on the show.
The special was first announced in January when NBC announced the renewal of Meyers’ deal through 2021.
Late Night has been on a hot streak of late, dominating the ratings in its 12:35 am hour, this season averaging a 0.46 rating in adults 18-49 and 1.589 million viewers overall, according to “most current” Nielsen averages. The special will cap off a big year for Late Night, which aired several live broadcasts through the presidential election campaign and a week-long series of shows from Washington, D.C. ahead of the election this fall.
