UPDATED with video: Will Ferrell visited Comedy Central’s @midnight With Chris Hardwick as George W. Bush to defend the family name, in the wake of The Washington Post‘s release of the Access Hollywood tape of “my cousin Billy Bush.”

“He’s been in the news a lot lately, him and and that disgraced pumpkin Donald Trump, talking on that bus. … We Bushes don’t act like that,” Ferrell/Bush begins.

“This dunderhead is making me look great,” he noted, of Trump.

“He’s a dangerous man. Back in Texas, where I’m from — born and raised — you don’t talk about women the way he does. We got a funny kind of justice down there. Some might even say it’s illegal. But if he ever tried jamming his Tic Tac-covered cow tongue down a lady’s throat in Texas, we’d given him what we call the Amarillo steak and eggs. That’s’ where you cook him up a nice T-bone steak, medium rare, with scrambled eggs and a side of grits – and then you drag him with your truck.”
