First Look Media has expanded leadership for its distribution and business affairs divisions, naming Todd Green as Senior Vice President of Content Distribution and Licensing, and Carrie Lieberman as Director of Content Distribution and Licensing. In addition, Lydia Cheuk has been tapped to serve as Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs.

Green and Lieberman will be tasked with building and leading efforts by First Look to identify, secure and maintain distribution partnerships and licensing agreements across multiple platformers, as well as drive audience and revenue for the company. Cheuk meanwhile is already working closely with the company’s Media’s programming and distribution teams to provide strategic insight and practical execution around all deals and legal issues.

Launched in 2013 by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar, First Look serves as both a distribution house and digital media company, with previous projects including co-financing recent Best Picture Oscar-winner Spotlight, the Cannes film Risk from director Laura Poitras, podcast Politically ReActive with W. Kamau Bell and Hari Kondabolu, and docuseries NomiNation from director AJ Schnack. Other projects include The Journey, a short-form documentary series about Syrian refugees.
