Matt Null, a CNN morning show senior producer and former Fox News producer, has died while on vacation in Europe. A cause of death has not been revealed. He was 34.

Christine Romans reported Null’s death this morning on Early Start, calling Null “a rising star at CNN,” and “someone who really made a difference in the world through his job.”

Before joining CNN, Null was a producer for Fox News Channel’s On The Record with Greta Susteren. Before that he worked in local TV news, including KRON in San Francisco, WSVN in Miami, and WETS in Tampa.
