Jeffrey Pierce (The Tomorrow People) has booked a recurring role in Amazon’s drama series Bosch. He’ll play Trevor Dobbs, who is crisp, out of the military, but the military’s not out of him. He’s a former lieutenant with a tight knit Special Forces group in Anwar Province. Based on Michael Connelly’s bestselling Harry Bosch novels, Bosch stars Titus Welliver as the idiosyncratic, tough, jazz-loving cop. The third season, set to premiere in 2017, will draw from Connolly’s 1992 The Black Echo and 2001 A Darkness More Than Night books. Pierce is repped by Thruline, Don Buchwald & Associates and Felker Toczek Suddleson Abramson.

Diana Hopper (Hidden Truth) is set for a recurring role opposite Billy Bob Thornton and Maria Bello in Amazon’s upcoming original drama Goliath, from executive producer David E. Kelley. Hopper will play Denise McBride, the daughter of Billy McBride (Thornton) and Michelle McBride (Bello). Goliath also stars William Hurt and Olivia Thirlby in the ultimate David vs. Goliath battle fought in the 21st century American legal system. The series follows a down-and-out lawyer (Thornton) as he seeks redemption. His one shot depends on getting justice in a legal system where truth has become a commodity, and the scales of justice have never been more heavily weighed toward the rich and powerful. Hopper is repped by Innovative Artists and Silvera Management.
