Expanding its push into the reality space, Netflix has ordered a new original unscripted series starring social media personality and entrepreneur Cameron Dallas.

The series hails from Magical Elves and Brillstein Entertainment Partners, and Dallas also executive produces with Bart Bordelon.

The show follows Dallas and his close circle of friends and family as he looks to take his career to the next level. It’s not all selfies and Vine videos as the series explores the stark ontrast between his very public online persona and who he is in his personal life.

Jane Lipsitz and Dan Cutforth of Magical Elves and Brillstein Entertainment Partners Ben Curtis, Sanford Wernick and Jon Liebman executive produce.

This is the second Netflix series toplined by a viral star, along with the upcoming Miranda Sings comedy Haters Back Off.

Dallas began his career posting Vines of himself playing jokes and pranks on his friends and family. He currently has 9.4 million followers on Vine, according to the website, and more than five million followers on Twitter. Dallas starred in Expelled on AwesomenessTV and also appeared in NBC’s American Odyssey and The Outfield. He’s repped by WME, Brillstein Entertainment Partners and attorney Adam Kaller.
