Lorenzo Soria has been re-elected president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which hosts the annual Golden Globe Awards. The Los Angeles-based journalist, who writes for the Italian news weekly L’Espresso, is in the second year of his second stint as HFPA president, having previously served from 2003-2005. The HFPA declined to say who, if anyone, ran against him. Also re-elected at the organization’s annual election meeting were vice president Meher Tatna, treasurer Jorge Camara and executive secretary Serge Rakhlin.
