NBC’s Saturday Night Live returned from a break last night with a show hosted by Peter Dinklage and musical guest Gwen Stefani. It averaged a 4.0 rating in the metered market households and a 1.9 in adults 18-49 in the markets with local people meters. That matched SNL‘s numbers for the last telecast before the break, the March 12 episode hosted by Ariana Grande and was very close to the result for the episode before that, hosted by Jonah Hill, which posted a 4.0 and 1.8. The results are all on the low side for SNL, whose lows for this season are a 3.8 in households and 1.8 in 18-49.
