Charlie Ebersol and Mike Lanigan’s The Company is expanding its relationship with its head of unscripted development Jason Henry, signing him to a two-year overall deal.

The Company 1Under the exclusive pact, Henry — whose credits include Fear Factor, Wipeout, Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution — will develop unscripted television formats for The Company under his Lobster Moon banner. He’ll also continue to serve as executive producer of The Company’s CNBC series West Texas Investors Club, which premieres its second season on June 7. He also will create, develop and executive produce new formats that will be under The Company shingle.

“After three years as our head of development, Jason has proven himself to be an invaluable creative powerhouse and it’s an honor to get the chance to help such a great creative talent build his own successful shop,” said Ebersol, founder and CEO of The Company.

Henry won a Primetime Emmy for Best Reality Program for Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution in 2010 and was nominated in the same category in 2012. His other credits include CNBC’s The Profit, MTV’s Bromance, and TBS’ Who Gets The Last Laugh.
