Liza Burnett Fefferman has been named Senior Vice President of Communications for VH1 and Logo. Fefferman, who as longtime exec veep at RADiUS in PR was involved in 40 film launches including Oscar-winning docus 20 Feet From Stardom and Citizenfour, will report to Viacom Music & Entertainment Group Communications exec veep Kassie Canter and be part of VH1/Logo general manager Chris McCarthy’s senior management team.
She will be responsible for all communications for VH1 and Logo’s brand and content, oversee awards efforts, and help those brands as they expand beyond reality and into scripted and documentary films.
Fefferman launched such RADiUS films as The Hunting Ground, Bachelorette, Snowpiercer and It Follows. Before that she spent five years as senior veep of publicity at Samuel Goldwyn Films and started at Dan Klores Communications where she launched a film division for the PR agency.
