Kirk Fogg, original host and guide of Legends of the Temple, has joined the cast of Nickelodeon’s action-adventure TV movie based on the network’s ’90s game show.

Details aren’t yet known, but he’s said to be playing “a key figure” in a role that pays homage to his duties in the classic Nick series. Fogg joins previously announced cast members Isabela Moner, Colin Critchley and Jet Jurgensmeyer. The Legends of the Hidden Temple TV movie is slated to debut on Nickelodeon in the fall.

The movie follows three siblings who break away from a lackluster tour in a jungle, finding themselves immersed in a high-stakes adventure comprised of obstacles that they must complete in order to escape alive.

Legends of the Hidden Temple is executive produced by Scott McAboy and Jessica Rhoades, and produced by Amy Sydorick. The TV movie is directed by Joe Menendez (From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series) and written by Jonny Umansky & Zach Hyatt, and Alex Jenkins Reid.
