EXCLUSIVE: Gersh has hired two agents for the its New York office: Tovah Silbermann has been added as a personal appearance agent in the comedy department, and former Authentic Talent & Literary manager Gabrielle Kachman will transition to agent and join the talent department.

Silbermann founded the 2015 Empire Biscuit Comedy Festival and is an associate producer for IFC’s upcoming web series Boy Band. She has experience booking and producing shows and projects throughout New York. She will report to Gersh partner Rick Greenstein. For the past two years, Kachman was a talent manager at Authentic’s NYC offices. She brings with her clients Sarah Winter, Clare-Hope Ashitey, Natalie Paul, Alex Ferris and Rana Roy.

“Were excited to bring these two terrific young agents into the fold,” said agency co-president Bob Gersh. “We have no doubt they will be great additions to the New York office.”
