Angela “Big Ang” Raiola, star of VH1’s Mob Wives, has died following a battle with cancer. A family friend confirmed her death on her verified Twitter account. She was 55.
Raiola appeared on Mob Wives in 2012-2013 and also starred in her own 10-episode spinoff Big Ang on VH1. Her other recent TV credits include appearances on Couples Therapy and Celebrity Wife Swap. Her final TV appearance was Tuesday on The Dr. Oz Show, where she opened up about her family and cancer. Here’s a clip of that interview.
