Fox News Channel’s primetime coverage of the New Hampshire primary last night clocked 4.2 million viewers in primetime to become cable news’ second-biggest primary-night primetime haul ever – behind FNC’s Iowa caucuses night, when it clocked 4.4M viewers.

FNC’s coverage of Donald Trump’s really big win among Republicans and Bernie Sanders’ big win with Dems, also snared 992K news-demo viewers.

In primetime, CNN logged 2.73M viewers of all ages and 950K news demo viewer. MSNBC averaged 1.8M total viewers and 494K viewers in that key 25-54 age bracket.

Donald Trump wound up with 35% of GOP votes, to John Kasich’s 16%, Ted Cruz’s 12%, Jeb Bush’s 11%, Marco Rubio’s 11%, Chris Christie’s 7% and Carly Fiorina’s 4%. Fiorina this afternoon suspended her campaign and Christie reportedly will withdraw from the White House race today.


Among Dems last night in New Hampshire, Sanders snagged 60% to Hillary Clinton’s 38%.
