Brenton Thwaites has been set to star in Office Uprising, a zombie action comedy being directed by Steven C. Miller from a script by Ian Shorr and Peter Gamble. The Exchange has boarded to sell the pic worldwide at the upcoming European Film Market in Berlin.

The pic centers on of the world’s leading arms manufacturers where a substance is slipped into the employees’ drinks by the board of directors that supposedly makes them work more efficiently. A slacker (Thwaites) within the company feeds them the wrong formula though and they start turning into homicidal zombie maniacs. It’s up him to fix it.

AngelicaSpotlight Pictures has acquired worldwide sales rights to Mitchell Lichtenstein’s gothic drama Angelica starring Jena Malone, Janet McTeer and Ed Stoppard (The Pianist). The deal comes after the pic
was in the Panorama section of last year’s Berlin Film Festival. It will be screened at EFM on February 14. The pic centers on a newly married couple (Malone and Stoppard) living in Victorian London who endures a series of increasingly alarming psychological and supernatural effects following the birth of their child.
