Universal’s follow-up to its moneymaking R-rated 2014 comedy Neighbors has a new title, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, and a new antagonist in Chloë Grace Moretz. She joins Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and Zac Efron in the sequel as the leader of a sorority who, like Efron’s fraternity before, makes life hell for the family living next door. Can’t argue with the formula: the first one directed by Nick Stoller made $150 million domestic and $270.6M worldwide. Stoller is back for this one with the script from him, Rogen, Evan Goldeberg and original writers Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O’Brien. The new pic has a May 20 release date.
