ICM Partners is moving and expanding its Los Angeles office. The agency’s corporate headquarters will remain at the same address, 10250 Constellation Blvd, but will move up from its current three-story space on floors 7,8 and 9 to occupy the the top five floors of the 35-floor high rise. Additionally, ICM Partners, which has signed a long-term lease, will take exclusive signage atop the building, the first signage on the tower since the exit of longtime occupant MGM.
The 112,000-square-foot new space, which has expansive views of the city from the Hollywood sign to downtown and the Pacific Ocean, will undergo extensive renovations spearheaded by design firm HOK. When completed this summer for the move, it will feature a two-story sky lobby, outdoor terraces, high-tech functions and a central, internal staircase that connects each of its five floors.
ICM moved from its former Wilshire Boulevard address in Beverly Hills to its current Johnson Fain Partners-designed building in Century City in 2007, adding 25,000 square feet of office space. The headquarters expansion follows the agency’s ownership transition to partnership several years ago and signals a new stage in its evolution.
