It will be joined by panels featuring the casts and creators of FX’s anthology American Horror Story: Hotel; ABC’s sophomore comedy Black-ish; Starz drama Power, which launches it third season in June; and Fox’s freshman Scream Queens.

Also on the schedule this year: AMC’s spinoffs Better Call Saul on March 12 and Fear The Walking Dead on March 19, CBS’ Supergirl on March 13, ABC’s Scandal onMarch 15 and The Big Bang Theory on March 16, and  and a panel saluting Dick Wolf, with stars of his NBC dramas Law & Order: SVU and Chicago trio.

This year’s William S. Paley Television Festival runs March 11-20 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

The opening-night Empire panel should be a doozy, with top stars american horror story hotelTerrence Howard and newly minted Golden Globe winner Taraji P. Henson among the 10 castmembers set to join series creators Lee Daniels and Danny Strong and EP Ilene Chaiken onstage. Top stars also will be on hand for the other three series’ panel, though fellow new Globe holder Lady Gaga isn’t listed among the panelists for the fest-closing AHS: Hotel sit-down.
