It’s going to be a busy 2016 for Devious Maids‘ star Mariana Klaveno. She’s been cast on the newly announced third season of DirecTV’s anthology drama Full Circle joining Dougray Scott and Kim Raver; and also has been tapped for a role opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger in Elliot Lester-directed 478, which started production last week in Columbus, OH.

Season 3 of Full Circle explores the dark underworld of national politics. It focuses on a sex scandal that threatens to destroy a Presidential candidate and stop his almost certain election. Like Season 2, which was written by Keith Huff, the upcoming season will expand upon the original format of Neil LaBute’s Season 1, in which we see a daisy chain of characters interacting with each other through the ten episodes. The main thrust of each episode takes place in a high-end hotel in Miami during the days leading up to the Democratic primary. Klaveno will play Angela Mancuso, a Miami call girl who has ties to the seedy world of South Florida drug dealers and gangsters. Her boyfriend is an outlaw biker who has done “dirty work” for Miami crime bosses.

Feature 478 centers on Schwarzenegger’s character Viktor, a man whose wife and child die in a plane crash. Klaveno plays Eve Sanders, a sympathetic and highly trained airline representative who breaks the news to Viktor of his tragic loss. Darren Aronofsky, Scott Franklin, and Eric Watson are producing.

In addition to playing Peri Westmore on Devious Maids, Klaveno other TV credits include True Blood, Stalker and Dexter, among others. She’s repped by Shelter Entertainment, APA and attorney Lev Ginsburg.
