EXCLUSIVE: Gersh talent agent Josh Glick has joined Grandview as a talent manager. His clients at Gersh included Olivia Cooke and Diego Boneta. “We’re so excited to welcome Josh to the Grandview family,” the company said in a statement. “His taste and work ethic have defined him as one of the best young representatives in the business, and we’re so excited for him to be our teammate.”

The hire is another step in Grandview’s expansion. Last year, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones’ Automatik left its joint venture with IM Global and eOne to form a partnership with newly established management company Grandview with CAA lit agent Matt Rosen and manager Jeff Silver. Kavanaugh-Jones advises Grandview clients on production and packaging. The trio met while working at CAA, where Rosen and Silver were in the film lit department and Kavanaugh-Jones was in film finance and sales.

Although Grandview and Automatik are separate companies, they’re partnered together. Managers at Grandview focus solely on management, without producing the films or TV shows of their clients. Automatik is solely a production house and produced Jeff Nichols’ next film Midnight Special and is in post on Zack Whedon’s Come and Find Me starring Aaron Paul.
