A number of novels by Welsh have been adapted to the screen, most recently Filth, with James McAvoy starring. Welsh’s Porno, a sequel to Trainspotting, also is headed to the big screen with Boyle and the original cast expected to return.

Welsh is repped by Underground (FX’s Snowfall) and CAA.
