Among her many projects, Banks is in talks to produce and direct a reboot of Charlie’s Angels for Sony. She’s coming off her feature directorial debut on Pitch Perfect 2, which raked in $285 million worldwide on a $29 million budget this past summer. She’s also recently said to be close to directing an adaptation of the YA novel Red Queen. On the TV side, Banks’ Brownstone Prods has teamed with Selfie creator Emily Kapnek on Front Man, a single-camera comedy, which has landed at Fox with a pilot production commitment.
