Fox News has hired Abby Huntsman as a general assignment reporter, the network confirmed to Deadline this evening. Huntsman previously worked at MSNBC as a co-host on The Cycle. One of the network’s few conservatives, she left MSNBC after The Cycle was cancelled at the end of July.
Before joining MSNBC in 2013, she worked at HuffPost Live. In addition, she recently served as a host on SiriusXM satellite radio. Huntsman also worked at ABC News where she appeared as a Washington, D.C-based political commentator during and after her father Jon Huntsman’s 2012 presidential campaign. She also previously held a position at the international public relations firm Burson-Marsteller. News about Huntsman’s new gig appeared first on Mediaite.com.
