The same night the GOP debate clocked record numbers for CNN, NBC’s Tonight Show was goosed by Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton. Jimmy Fallon’s Wednesday show scored a 3.2 rating – Tonight Show’s best metered-market household rating for a Wednesday in seven months. With Clinton on board, as well as Dakota Johnson and musical guest Fetty Wap, Fallon (3.2/8) trounced CBS’ Late Show With Stephen Colbert 2.2/6 and ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live (1.6/4).

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, Fallon logged a demo rating of 1.1/6 to Colbert’s 0.7/3 and Kimmel’s 0.5/3.
