For your Monday, here’s an exclusive clip from the slacker comedy 7 Chinese Brothers, starring Jason Schwartzman. The film follows Schwartzman’s Larry, a bluntly honest, abrasive and constantly drunk slacker who takes a job at the local Quick-Lube to support himself and his faithful dog Arrow, and maybe hit on his new boss in the meantime. The film stars Schwartzman, Olympia Dukakis, Stephen Root, Tunde Adebimpe, and Eleanore Pienta as well as Schwartzman’s real life dog Arrow.

Written and directed by Bob Byington, the film made its world premiere at South by Southwest earlier this year. It’s produced by Molly Christie Benson, Seana Flanagan, and Nancy Schafer. Screen Media films is distributing in North America. It’s currently in select theaters and video on demand.
