The Bellacourt sisters will be back to pursue their dream of becoming the Kardashians of the early 20th century. Comedy Central said today that it has ordered a second season of Another Period, in which two sisters care only about being filthy rich and becoming very famous — in 1902 Rhode Island. Of course, social media is about a century off, so the spoiled sibs’ task is a little tougher. #TeddyRooseveltIsPresident.

The comedy premiered in June and airs at 10:30 PM Tuesdays. The 10-episode second season will premiere in 2016.

Lauren Ash, Michael Ian Black, Paget Brewster, Beth Dover, Brett Gelman, Christina Hendricks, Brian Huskey, David Koechner, Jason Ritter, David Wain and Armen Weitzman co-star in the series. Director Jeremy Konner and Red Hour’s Ben Stiller, Debbie Liebling, Stuart Cornfeld and Mike Rosenstein also are executive producers.

Of course, no Comedy Central announcement would be complete without original programming president Kent Alterman weighing in with a grin. “Another Period is a beautiful reflection of a great American truth: the more things change, the more they stay the same,” he said. Added Leggero and Lindhome, “We are thrilled that Comedy Central has such good taste.”
