Amy Forsyth has joined the cast of Hulu original drama series The Way from Jason Katims’ True Jack Prods. Created by Jessica Goldberg, The Way examines a couple, Eddie (Aaron Paul) and Sarah Cleary (Michelle Monaghan) at the center of a controversial movement struggling with relationships, marriage and power, with each episode taking an in-depth look at what it means to choose between the life we live and the life we want. Forsyth will play Ashley Fields, Hawk’s (Kyle Allen) smart, popular classmate who forces him to confront the confines of his own religious upbringing. Forsyth, repped by Gersh, David Dean Management and AMI, recently booked a role on David Fincher’s Videosyncrasy pilot for HBO and recurred on Syfy’s Defiance.

Cane alum Lina Esco has landed a heavily recurring role on Will Arnett’s Netflix comedy series Flaked. Co-created by Arnett and Mark Chappell, Flaked is the serio-comic story of Chip (Arnett), a celebrated long-time resident of the insular world of Venice, CA who falls for the object of his best friend’s fascination. Esco plays Kara, Chip’s current girlfriend. She’s currently going through her first year of sobriety, but is not receiving the support from Chip she needs. Esco is repped by Luber Roklin, CAA and Bloom Hergott.
