Regis Phibin is reuniting with Kathie Lee Gifford, but at NBC, after being named contributor to Today show’s 10 AM hour, hosted by Kathie Lee and Hoda Kotb.

Gifford and Kotb made the announcement this morning.

“Regis brings his legendary charm and humor each time he visits Today,” show co-EP Tammy Filler said dryly in this morning’s news.

Philbin and Gifford hosted Live! With Regis and Kathie Lee for 15 years, ending their on-screen partnership in 2000. Philbin served as host of Live! for nearly three decades, and broke the Guinness World Record for Most Hours on Camera, including a gig as host of ABC’s Who Wants to be a Millionaire. More recently, he’s has made multiple appearances on Today in recent months – remember that starring role in in Today the Musical?
