EXCLUSIVE: Kyle Allen has been cast in a leading role opposite Aaron Paul and Michelle Monaghan in the Hulu original drama series The Way from Universal TV and Jason Katims’ True Jack Prods. Created by Jessica Goldberg, The Way examines a couple, Eddie (Paul) and Sarah Cleary (Monaghan) at the center of a controversial movement struggling with relationships, marriage and power, with each episode taking an in-depth look at what it means to choose between the life we live and the life we want. Shooting on the 10-episode series begins in September in New York for premiere this winter. Allen will play Hawk Cleary, Eddie (Paul) and Sarah’s (Monaghan) son, and a lifelong follower of The Way, a small religious sect that gains attention in a rural area after a tornado levels the town. In addition to Paul and Monaghan, he joins recently cast Rockmund Dunbar.

Allen, repped by UTA and Management 360, will next be seen opposite Isabelle Fuhrman in Minhal Baig’s film One Night. He also just wrapped the short film Her Only Living Son, part of the female-driven horror anthology XX.
