Spectre, the 24th film in the James Bond series, released first-look footage back in March. While the beginning of the teaser above, which aired during Tuesday’s NBA finals, is familiar from a few months ago, there is much to behold that’s new. That includes closer glimpses of Bond girls Léa Seydoux and Monica Bellucci, the latter long on a wish list of gets for the franchise. Daniel Craig’s 007 woos the ladies while racing to reveal the terrible truth behind sinister organization Spectre.
Christoph Waltz’s secrecy- and shadow-shrouded Franz Oberhauser appears here as does Ben Whishaw’s Q. There’s more action, too, with an urban car chase and an alpine plane crash. Sam Mendes is back directing from a script by John Logan and Neal Purvis & Robert Wade. Also returning are Ralph Fiennes as M, Rory Kinnear as Tanner and Naomie Harris as Moneypenny.
The EON Productions, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios and Sony Pictures pic begins day-and-date rollout on November 6.
