Following a successful six-week test run last summer on select Fox TV stations, Media General’s BiteSize TV and Fox TV Stations have inked a deal to renew BiteSize TV’s Hollywood Today Live for the 2015 broadcast season. The daily entertainment news and variety show will premiere September 14 on Fox TV Stations and Media General stations in major markets, including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Chicago. The companies are working to add new partners in additional markets. The one-hour program is produced live at BiteSize TV studios on Hollywood and Vine.

Australian crime journalist and Crime Watch Dailyreporter Matt Doran has been tapped to host new syndicated series Crime Watch Daily from Telepictures Prods and Warner Bros Domestic TV Distribution. From unsolved murders to compelling mysteries, undercover investigations to shocking crimes caught on video, the series will uncover the stories happening in small towns around America. Crime Watch Daily will originate from Los Angeles and will debut in fall 2015 in national syndication on 42% of Tribune-owned stations in 29 markets including New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, and on additional stations representing 98% of the country. Crime Watch Daily was created and executive produced by Lisa Gregorisch-Dempsey. Jeremy Spiegel and Scott Eldridge also exec produce.
