Coming off 100 episodes of FX’s Anger Management, Noureen DeWulf has been cast as a regular in another half-hour project, CBS’ untitled hybrid comedy pilot written by former Modern Family executive producer Dan O’Shannon and Peter Warren.
Directed by Pam Fryman, the ensemble project revolves around a group of friends and family at three different times in their lives. DeWulf will plat Sabrina, Andrew’s (Adam Brody) co-worker and good friend at 25, his even closer friend at 40. Tracy Spiridakos, Tyler Labine and Kelly O’Sullivan co-star.
The CBS TV Studios pilot is executive produced by O’Shannon, Fryman, Dennis Erdman, Clark Peterson and Eric & Kim Tannenbaum.
For DeWulf, the casting comes three weeks after she gave birth to her first child, son Bodhi Ryan Miller with husband, hockey player Ryan Miller. She is repped by Tiffany Kuzon at Evolution Entertainment and Innovative Artists.
