Brillstein Entertainment Partners manager-producer Brian Stern has joined AGI Lifestyle Entertainment as SVP and the company is changing its name to AGI Entertainment Media & Management as his clients expand the AGI’s base. The move reunites Stern with AGI CEO Ken Slotnick, after the two worked together for a decade at WMA. Stern will remain in New York and work out of the centralized offices of parent company Y Entertainment’s agency and management group divisions.
AGI Lifestyle Entertainment was formed in January 2014 to rep TV presenters and personalities, producers and projects in the nonscripted, culinary, fashion, style, home and health & wellness categories. Clients include Big Brother host Julie Chen, Heidi Klum and celebrity chef Curtis Stone among others. Stern’s client roster includes Transparent‘s Amy Landecker, The Daily Show‘s Samantha Bee, Colin Quinn, SNL head writer Bryan Tucker and comedians Chris Gethard, Dan Soder, Omid Djalili among others.
Stern is currently executive producer of the upcoming Ben Stiller- and Brillstein-produced Comedy Central series Big Time In Hollywood FL which premieres in March and exec produces with Funny or Die The Chris Gethard Show on Fusion.
