The creators and cast of Showtime’s Queer As Folk will be back together for a 10-year reunion of the iconic series at the ATX Television Festival’s Season 4 edition June 4-7 in Austin.

We strive for diverse and revolutionary programming, and this groundbreaking series changed the game for cable television in 2000, marking a high point not only for the LGBT community, but for socially important storytelling,” said ATX Television Festival Co-Executive Directors and Co-founders Caitlin McFarland and Emily Gipson.

Queer As Folk follows the lives of a group of gay friends and their relationships, careers, loves and ambitions. Creators Ron Cowen and Daniel Lipman will be in attendance, along with cast members Gale Harold (Brian Kinney), Peter Paige (Emmitt Honeycutt), Robert Gant (Professor Ben Bruckner), Scott Lowell (Ted Schmidt), Michelle Clunie (Melanie Marcus), and Thea Gill (Lindsay Peterson). Queer As Folk joins previously announced Gilmore Girls and Dawson’s Creek reunions at ATX.
