MTV announced today at TCA that its dance competition series America’s Best Dance Crew (ABDC) will be returning this summer with six new episodes. In addition premiere dates were announced for three returning series Catfish: The TV Show, Finding Carter and the Broke A$$ Game Show.

Catfish will be returning Wednesday, February 25th at 10PM ET/PT. The show has been Wednesday’s No. 1 original cable series in the 12-34 demo. Season four offers a different twist as co-host Max Joseph took a five-episode hiatus to make his feature film directorial debut with We Are Your Friends, starring Zac Efron. In Joseph’s absence, a variety of guest hosts will join Nev Schulman on investigations, including MTV’s Charlamagne, Miss Teen USA Cassidy Wolf, Recording Artist Angel Haze, YouTube sensation Tyler Oakely and actor Alex Shaffer. Joseph will then return for the remainder of the season. Catfish follows Schulman whose social media dating drama was at the heart of the Catfish film as well as Joseph. The two go inside the stories of young people whose online romances collide with real-life encounters.

Finding Carter will return Tuesday, March 31 at 10PM ET/PT.  The drama series picks up where it left off, in the back of Lori’s car with the kidnapped Carter more scared than ever. This season, Carter and the rest of her family and friends face new obstacles and learn more about the secrets long hidden from them.

As Deadline announced back in October, MTV greenlit Broke A$$ Game Show with hosts Derek Gaines and David Magidoff.  The show will be premiering on February 5 at 11 ET/PT.  The show aims to break the rules and forms of the game show format as we know it. Hosts Gaines and Magidoff hit the streets of New York City to lure unsuspecting pedestrians into some twisted games, i.e. the booty bouncing battle “Twerk Off” and “Cats Humping States” where contestants win big bucks by correctly identifying states upon which felines are fornicating.
