Katy Perry has extended an invite to Lenny Kravitz to perform with her at the Pepsi Super Bowl XLIX Halftime Show on NBC. The news was announced today during Perry’s interview on NBC’s broadcast of the AFC Divisional Playoff game featuring the Baltimore Ravens at New England Patriots.  Perry will discuss further her upcoming halftime performance on Monday’s Today as well as her invite to Kravitz. Per NFL.com, Kravitz is expected to accept the offer. Super Bowl XLIX will take place at University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona on Sunday, February 1, 2015.   More than 115 million viewers in the U.S. watched last year’s Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show.
