Big online-video company Fullscreen today named film and TV veterans Rozanna Tesler Fried and Suchir Batra to new executive posts as it expands business and legal affairs as part of a push into more original-content creation and development.

Fried was named VP of business and legal affairs. She has years of experience negotiating film and TV deals. Previously, Fried was VP of business and legal affairs at Constantin Film Development and senior counsel at Twentieth Century Fox.

Batra was named director of business and legal affairs after four years at Greenberg Traurig’s entertainment practice representing a variety of clients in film, TV and digital. Batra is also a former William Morris agent. Both will report to David Ho, Fullscreen’s General Counsel and SVP of Business and Legal Affairs.

Fullscreen was recently acquired by a joint venture of AT&T’s Otter Media and The Chernin Group.
