Conde Nast Entertainment has acquired a trio of shorts at the Sundance Film Festival. The pics are director Reinaldo Marcus Green’s Stop, a timely drama about a young student athlete whose livelihood is put at risk when he is stopped by the police on his way home; Topaz Adizes’ {The And} Marcela & Rock, a documentary that explores the dedication between an ex-convict and the woman whose love guides him on a better path; and Ben Aston’s Russian Roulette, about an astronaut and a lonely London girl finding companionship on the Internet.

The pickups bolster the catalog of the Scene, Conde Nast’s digital video storytelling network that features original programming from more than 20 brands that focuses on fashion, sports, culture, comedy and more.
